Arunachal floor test on July 16
As Supreme Court has revoked President’s rule in Arunachal
Pradesh, congress government led by Nabama Tuki assumed charge on Wednesday
evening. However Arunachal governor has announced that floor test need to be
conducted on July 16. There is not much time for Tuki to ensure the required

Move against Mallaya
A banking consortium led by the State Bank of India moved the Supreme Court on Thursday against businessman Vijay Mallya for not complying with the court’s order to disclose his assets. Mr. Mallya’s grounded Kingfisher Airlines owes the consortium of 17 banks over Rs. 9,000 crore.
